Refund policy

Because each case is made-to-order, we only accept returns under specific circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Please email support@kiracase.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Model Selected at Checkout

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if the wrong phone model or case type was selected during checkout.

All of our products are custom-made based on the exact selection made at the time of purchase, and returned items cannot be reused or resold.

Please double-check your phone model and case type before placing your order.

Return Authorization

To start a return request, you must first contact us at support@kiracase.com.

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • The correct return address

  • Any applicable return shipping label

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Case Type Previews

The small preview images or buttons used to select case types (such as Slim, Tough, or ToughMag) are illustrative only and are not exact product representations.

The official product images displayed on each product page are the images that accurately represent the case design you will receive.
